Working with old and rare wines since 2016; with a very good command of top vintages and producers of burgundy, bordeaux, and California Cult wine.
Responsible for sales and financial performance of the on-premise wine program, grew weekly wine sales 57% year over year using inventory management, purchasing budgets, by-the-glass lists, staff training, tasting notes, and recommended wine pairings. Worked with over 30 distributors, managing restaurant purchases of over $300k annually. As an assistant buyer, frequent purchases of private collections ranging from a few hundred dollars to over $10,000.
